SYNOPSIS: Five tales of dread interwoven when a sociology student gathers several of his friends on Halloween night at the local library to help him create a new urban legend with deadly consequences; Lily is in for a late night of researching and needs something to keep her going. It isn't until she's approached by a mysterious stranger that her luck may change... for the worse; a typical night of work for a librarian becomes a classic ghost story with a modern twist. Sometimes you can't keep a bad book down; Sidney is allowed to stay after hours to study for a test. It's not until she suddenly awakens in the darkened library that she realizes the horrifying truth of what lurks among the stacks of books after midnight. She better pray she doesn't become the prey; Paige faces regrets that she'd do anything to take back. When an ancient and arcane spell book literally falls into her lap, she decides to make a grave decision. Be careful what you wish for, it might just kill you.

Independent Horror Film Peelers to Have World Premiere!
March 9th, 2016 – Independent Horror Feature Film Peelers set to have world premiere at Palm Beach International Film Festival, Florida (April 6th – 14th).
The makers of the Independent Cult Horror Feature Skew (2011) step it up a bloody notch as they begin their festival run with their follow-up horror flick Peelers.
Peelers- What starts out as the last hurrah on the closing night of an infamous small-town strip club, quickly turns into a night of bloodshed when a crew of coal miners shows up and with them a deadly contaminant. Former baseball player and current club owner, Blue Jean Douglas has decided to hand over her bar to a new owner and leave town for good. But Blue Jean’s plans are thwarted when she discovers the magnitude of the epidemic that has been unleashed. With victims piling up, Blue Jean must step up to the plate to protect her family, her friends, and her bar before it's too late and she loses everything she holds dear.
Peelers destroys the clichĂ© stripper horror sub-genre by giving us a story packed with exciting twists, baseball, strippers of unusual talents and a strong female lead. What’s being described as “Rodriguez meets Tarantino” and “Not just a great indie film, but destined to be one of the funnest films of 2016”, has Director/Producer SevĂ© Schelenz pretty stoked about giving genre fans a whole new ball game of horror.

Bunny the Killer Thing is out on DVD and Blu-Ray!
PHILADELPHIA, PA, March 25, 2016 – If American did not self-implode when Donald Trump proclaimed his appendage was nothing short of monumental, than sure, America and all its genre film-loving fans will welcome star of BUNNY THE KILLER THING- a six foot tall fucking and killing rabbit with an 18-inch long schlong.
Artsploitation Films, in conjunction with FilmRise, has released the Finnish horror comedy on DVD and Blu-ray March 22nd and the film will enjoy its VOD premiere on most of the prime VOD outlets beginning May 16, 2016.
Filmed mostly in English by promising young director Joonas Makkonen, the bloody hilarious spoof follows a group of young adults who head to a remote cabin for a winter weekend. But soon they are confronted a half man, half creature who is compelled to stick his dangerously large penis into anything that resembles female genitals. Naked women (and men) are forced to flee into the snowy wilderness, Blood is soon shed and all kinds of human orifices are violated as the vocabulary-challenged Mr. Bunny ("Pussy!" is the limit of his words) wreaks havoc on the unsuspecting vacationers. Equal parts camp, gore, and comedy, Bunny has been described as, “Goofy, irreverent, and delightfully perverted” by cinemaslasher.com
Artsploitation’s Ray Murray warns concerned parents, cinematic conservatives and sense-of-humor-deprived feminists that Bunny can be seen as a horribly offensive film that wallows in scenes of rape, gratuitous nudity, bloody murders and all forms of sexual depravity. But for amoral genre film fans it is simply a hilarious, inventive and blood-drenched spoof of monster movies...with gratuitous nudity.
